Terms of Service
The short version: buy a prompt, use what it creates however you like, don’t redistribute the prompt text itself. The details are below. Last updated: July 19, 2026.
1. What mypromt is
mypromt is a curated library of AI prompt templates — text you copy and run in third-party AI tools. Every prompt is created, tested, and published by the site’s owner: there are no third-party sellers, and no images or other media are generated on this site. Free prompts can be copied by anyone; premium prompts unlock with an All-Access subscription or a one-time purchase. mypromt.com is operated by its sole author as a sole proprietor, trading as “mypromt”.
2. Payments
Orders are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, who handles checkout, payment processing, subscription billing, applicable taxes, and billing support. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in USD.
3. All-Access subscription
All-Access is a recurring subscription that unlocks every premium prompt in the library while it is active, including new premium prompts added during your subscription. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — from your account or via your Paddle receipt — and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. When a subscription ends, premium prompts lock again; anything you created with them remains yours.
4. Your account
You need an account to buy premium prompts, so purchases can stay attached to you. Keep your credentials to yourself — purchases are personal and accounts must not be shared to give others access to premium content.
5. Licence to unlocked prompts
What a prompt produces is yours to use, including commercially. The prompt text itself stays licensed, not sold: you may not resell, republish, or redistribute it. The full terms are on the Licence page.
6. Refunds
Premium prompts are digital content delivered instantly. Our refund rules are described on the Refund policy page.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape the catalog, probe the service for premium prompt text you haven’t bought, post abusive comments, or use prompts to produce content that is illegal or violates the terms of the AI platform you run them on. Prompts that work on photos of people are meant for your own photos, or photos you have the subject’s explicit consent to use — never use them to depict someone without their permission.
8. Disclaimer
Prompts are provided “as is”. AI models change over time and results can vary between models, versions, and inputs — the before/after preview shows a real result, but identical output is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the prompt in question.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives at this page. Continuing to use mypromt after a change means you accept the updated terms.
